Leading Black Country law firm George Green LLP has advised Westley Group on the sale of Mathers Foundry to WPIL Limited for an undisclosed amount.
WPIL Limited is quoted on the Mumbai stock exchange, and is one of the leading combined pump manufacturers and high grade alloy steel casting foundry groups in India. Based in Cradley Heath, Westley Group is one of Europe’s largest ferrous and non-ferrous foundry and engineering groups, consisting of five brands. The group employs more than 200 people and has a turnover in excess of €30 million. Associate Clare Martin led the George Green advisory team and Clyde & Co represented WPIL Limited.
