Leading Black Country law firm George Green LLP has expanded its Real Estate team with the appointment of solicitor Rebecca Taylor.
Rebecca who qualified in March 2009 will be based at George Green’s new office in Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton and will be working alongside team head Kevin Styles and rest of the team.
Before joining the firm, Ms Taylor worked for FBC Manby Bowdler, after graduating from the University of Wolverhampton in 2005 with an LLB (Hons) degree. She went on to pass the legal practice course with a distinction in 2006 and was awarded the Talbots Prize by the University of Wolverhampton in 2007 for her achievement in the field of commercial property.
Ms Taylor specialises in the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold commercial properties. She is also experienced in all aspects of business leases and provides corporate support in relation to the property aspects of business transactions.
Head of Team Kevin Styles said “I am delighted that Rebecca has joined our team and I hope she has a long and successful career with George Green."
