George Green LLP is delighted to announce that Baber Yasin has joined the firm’s Corporate Services Department as a Corporate Solicitor. Based at the firm’s Cradley Heath office, Baber will work alongside Sarah Ward, Head of the Corporate Department, to further strengthen the team’s capability in delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the region.
Baber joined George Green LLP after qualifying as a solicitor in November 2024. During his training contract, Baber gained invaluable experience advising on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals of shares and assets, internal restructurings, investments, and general corporate governance.
