- ‘No win no fee’ (conditional fee agreement)
- Legal expenses insurance
- Private paying
The availability of the different funding options will vary depending on the particular circumstances of your matter. We will discuss the different funding options available to you at the outset. We are happy to provide a fee estimate for reviewing your case for a possible Conditional Fee Agreement, subject to seeing the papers involved. If the review results in us taking a positive view of your case, we can then discuss with you the terms of any CFA we might be able to offer you to proceed with your case.
The first step is to speak with one of our contentious probate team. You can contact us on 01384 410410 and ask to speak with Susan Ford or Liam Owen. Alternatively, you can e-mail us your enquiry at contentiousprobate@georgegreen.co.uk providing a brief summary of the issues, along with your contact details or, if you prefer, you can use the online enquiry form and we will contact you.
We are unable to accept instructions as part of the Community Legal Service scheme (commonly referred to as Legal Aid).
