‘As an estate agent, the most important thing for me is that we have regular, accurate updates. This helps our clients, our buyers, and all other parties in a chain. I always find Alison to be approachable and efficient when I am dealing with her in any chain. This makes a huge difference and I have been so impressed… A good solicitor can make or break a sale. There are only four or five I know and trust enough to recommend to our clients’.
