Anna Papadopoullos

Overview of Anna’s practice

Anna graduated from the University of Leicester in 2020 with a first-class law degree and then went on to achieve a distinction grade on the Legal Practice Course LLM in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Law in Birmingham.

Anna previously worked at another law firm as a receptionist, secretary and paralegal prior to starting her role as a trainee solicitor at George Green. Before qualifying into the Corporate Services department at George Green LLP, Anna gained experience in Private Client, Family Law, Employment Law and Residential Conveyancing.

Recent Experience

• Mergers and acquisitions including care homes, retail, IT and insurance companies.
• Loan agreements including those between individuals and corporate entities.
• Shareholder agreements and Articles of Association, managing shareholder and director relations.
• Share buybacks.

Anna is on the committee of the Wolverhampton and Black Country Junior Lawyers Division, helping to support paralegals, trainees and newly qualified solicitors across Wolverhampton and the Black Country. Outside of work, Anna enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends.
