Anna Papadopoullos

Overview of Anna’s practice

Anna graduated from the University of Leicester in 2020 with a first-class law degree and then went on to achieve a distinction grade on the Legal Practice Course LLM in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Law in Birmingham. Anna received an award from the Birmingham Law Society in recognition of her grades achieved on the LPC.

Anna started her training contract at another firm before moving to George Green LLP in 2022 and qualified into the Corporate team in 2023. Before qualifying Anna gained experience in Private Client, Family Law, Employment Law and Residential Conveyancing as well as Corporate.

Recent Experience

• Acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses including care homes, retail, IT and insurance companies.
• Loan agreements including those between individuals and corporate entities.
• Shareholder agreements and Articles of Association, managing shareholder and director relations.
• Share buybacks.

And for something else…

Anna is on the committee of the Wolverhampton and Black Country Junior Lawyers Division, helping to support paralegals, trainees and newly qualified solicitors across Wolverhampton and the Black Country. Outside of work, Anna enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends.
