Recent experience

Greg has a wide range of experience dealing with commercial and residential property transactions across multiple sectors, including:

The sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to leases and lease renewals, including ancillary matters such as variations, surrenders, assignments, underlettings and alterations
Acting for borrowers and lenders on finance transactions
Acting for SIPPs and SSASs in relation to properties owned by pension schemes
Negotiating and advising on easements, option agreements, conditional contracts and other complex property transactions
Supporting corporate transactions involving property
