Greg has been dealing with property transactions since qualifying as a solicitor at George Green in September 2017.
Recent experience
Greg has a wide range of experience dealing with commercial and residential property transactions across multiple sectors, including:
- The sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to leases and lease renewals, including ancillary matters such as variations, surrenders, assignments, underlettings and alterations
- Acting for borrowers and lenders on finance transactions
- Acting for SIPPs and SSASs in relation to properties owned by pension schemes
- Negotiating and advising on easements, option agreements, conditional contracts and other complex property transactions
- Supporting corporate transactions involving property
