Overview of Jane’s practice

Jane joined George Green LLP in September 2009 as a paralegal before becoming a trainee and qualifying into the family department in November 2011.

Jane specialises in all aspects of family law including advising clients regarding divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, injunction proceedings, nuptial agreements and children matters.

Jane is a member of Resolution, a body of professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

Recent experience

Since Jane returned from maternity leave in June 2023, she has already provided advice to numerous clients to assist them in reaching an out of court settlement in respect of the financial aspects of their divorces and in respect of cohabitation disputes. She has also advised clients regarding nuptial agreements and injunction proceedings.

Jane has assisted clients engaged in court proceedings in respect of several complex children matters and financial remedy matters.

And for something else …

Jane has a very young family which takes up much of her spare time at present. She hopes to return to her former interests of walking in the Alps and Black Country theatre over the years to come!
