Kate Hackett

Kate has nearly 30 years’ experience in a wide variety of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, management buy outs and buy ins, group re-organisations, demergers and restructuring. She also advises on corporate governance and corporate housekeeping, joint ventures, investment and shareholders agreements and articles of association.

Kate was born in the Black Country and joined George Green shortly after qualifying. After working in Birmingham for many years, Kate has now moved back to George Green and specialises in advising local owner managed businesses, providing pragmatic tailored legal advice. Kate prides herself on building long standing relationships with clients, many of whom she has worked with throughout her career.

Outside of the office at weekends Kate can generally be found on the side line of some sporting event supporting one or both of her children.
